User Agreement

Following is a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases made from Manly Picture Framing.

  • Returns & Refunds

We refer to policy and guidelines set out by ACCC in the event that a product that is manufactured by us is faulty. You must inform us and bring the faulty product back to the shop for inspection and repair.

Absolutely No Excuse if the fault is caused by our performance.

  • Images and specifications

Images that are displayed on the Manly Picture Framing websites are for informational and marketing purposes and do not represent the actual contents of a product or service.

  • Privacy

Manly Picture Framing will comply with Manly Picture Framing Privacy Policy. Manly Picture Framing will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

  • Liability

Any liability of Manly Picture Framing in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Manly Picture Framing be limited to: 1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

  • Changes To Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Manly Picture Framing may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

  • Applicable Law

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • Pick-Up and Storage

We will text you on the phone number you provide us to let you know when your artwork is ready to collect. We will hold your artwork f in our workshop for a month after notifying you, before transferring it to our storage facility. If your artwork needs to be moved to our storage facility a cost of $19.95 will incur.
